CalHR Benefits Calculator

The Benefits Calculator is a handy tool that helps you make informed financial decisions about your health, dental and vision benefits by calculating premiums for different benefit plans and viewing contribution rates based on your bargaining unit. In addition, you will see how much will be deducted from or added to your paycheck based on which benefit plan you choose.

With the recent upgrades, you can now easily compare plans within the same bargaining unit or between different bargaining units. This new feature makes it easier to compare plans for yourself. It is also useful if you and your spouse both work for the state and want to compare the costs of coverage between your two bargaining units.

That’s not all—you can also generate the dental and vision enrollment forms through the Benefits Calculator.
